Day 2
Breakfast by the Sea with Chef Jeremie. Meet together to plan your evening cuisine and final dinner in the gazebo by the beach.
Lunch as you please.
Massages: late afternoon aromatherapy massages.
Dinner: Degustation Tasting Menu with selected wines.

Day 3
Breakfast :by the Sea Again.
Lunch: designed with you by Chef Jeremie - again by the sea.
Dinner: as designed with you by Chef Jeremie - at  either Eclipse or at our  Small Tastings/Sampling - “O” Fusion Asian  Middle eastern Pacific, Risotto with Semolina Based Grain, Tajines, Seafoods, Saffron, and still Jeremie includes his take on local stand-bys such as Fried rice with chorizo and plantain.

Day 4
Breakfast: by the Sea again. Life is hard.
Massages:  Ginseng Scrub.
Lunch : as you please.
Dinner: Gazebo dinner, private waiter by the beach with flaming torches. Other wines and beverages are additional.

Day 5 Departure.
Breakfast: by the Sea
Airport Travel: Goody Bags for the Air
