Wedding Dress Rehearsal Night at Puerto Rico Beach Hotel

We always recommend a barbecue on Friday Night.  The setting of the barbecue may be on the beach or in the lawn of Eclipse Restaurant.  Dinner would start around 7:00 PM would end around 9:00 PM, after Dinner you will enjoy the bond fire at the beach. 

Wedding Day Breakfast

The breakfast will be buffet and we will have a sous chef making fresh omelets.  You may choose to have all of the breakfasts charged to your master account or each guest may charge it to their room.  

Morning

Relaxed morning on the beach.  A massage therapist will be ready for a relaxing treatment and wraps overlooking the ccean.

Lunch

Guests on their own at the Eclipse Restaurant.

Decoration of the Beach Front Caribbean Gazebo
- for the wedding ceremony includes

Table for the priest or Justice of Peace:

The table decoration includes a beautiful organza tablecloth, two pewter chandeliers with white candles and two bouquets of fresh flowers. (The pewter chandeliers are put on both sides of the table).

Setting of chairs with covers for guest -

Chairs for the guest will be put in zig zag form around the gazebo.  The chairs are covered with delicate white or rose covers.

Rose petal carpet for the entry of the bride.

A carpet of rose petals is made for the entry of the bride.  The rose petals are of assorted pastels colors.  The carpet is made from the villa to the entry of the gazebo.  Large hurricane vases containing rose petals and a candle are place on either side of the carpet.

Satin Ribbon Bow

A beautiful satin ribbon is made at the entry of the gazebo.  The groom will be waiting for the bride there, when she arrives both untied the bow and together enters at the gazebo.

Fresh flowers for the hors d'oeuvres trays tray during cocktails.

White tablecloth for the table of the cocktail

Decoration of the Eclipse Restaurant or Tamarindo Room

Center pieces for each table: The centerpiece will be made with fresh flowers.  We recommend the Casablanca as this is a delicate, and beautiful white flower.  Each centerpiece will also have a candle in the middle cover by a hurricane lamp.

Set up of the tables:

The tables will be set up and covered with a beautiful organza tablecloth in mother pearl color.

Set up of the chairs: The chairs will be set up with white covers.

Rose petals for the reception area.

Lanterns: Filled up with petals and a candle inside these romantic lanterns hang from the ceiling give the setting special touch.

The rent of the gazebo and Decoration Price are available upon request.

Bride's Experience Package

Upon arrival to your villa you will be pampered with:

Bottle of Champagne  with a platter filled with fresh fruits and scented candles

Aroma therapeutic salts for your bath

A diary so as to be able to write down all your thoughts and feelings during this special occasion

A beautiful and delicate sachet filled with sand and shells from our beach

You will be pampered with the following spa treatment: 

Ginger Scrub Massage: An exfoliating massage made up of ginger and almond oil with essences of lavender and rosemary. 

Rose Herbal Flower mud and wrap: Your body will be painted with a delicate mud made from geranium, chamomile, eucalyptus, and roses.  Then we sprinkle rose petals over your body and wrap you for 20 minutes. 

Scalp and hair treatment: During your wrap we do a scalp and hair treatment.  This treatment is a combination of jojoba, turtle cream and lemon grass.

After this wonderful treatment you return to your villa where a hot pot of tea and a plate of shortbread cookies and fresh tropical fruit await for you.
